The Role
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the dynamic sales team at Manam Realty. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai’s real estate developer market, a strong network of clients, and the ability to drive sales while building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to close deals. • Manage end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. • Provide personalized advice on investment opportunities in Manam projects. • Work closely with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates. • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Requirements
Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with a real estate developer in Dubai. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE real estate market. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Own Car (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is preferred).
