The Role
This role requires expertise in selling printers, copiers, software, and managed print services, along with understanding customer needs to provide appropriate printing and workflow solutions. The job activities: – Prospecting for new clients in the UAE – Demonstrating Xerox, Canon, and other products and solutions – Sending out proposals, following up, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: – Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, cold calling, and networking. – Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of equipment, software, and workflow solutions. – Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements for office printing, document management, and workflow automation to recommend tailored solutions. – Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sale, prepare proposals, and finalize deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas. – Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. – Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales force, pipeline status, and business updates to senior management. – Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xerox’s and Canon’s portfolio as well as their competitors, including printers, copiers, scanners, software, and managed print services.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B (business-to-business) sales in the UAE market, ideally with experience in photocopiers, printers, and related solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of office printing, software, and document workflow solutions. Customer Service: A strong focus on customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently, actively seek new opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
