Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Makes bills, handles cash at the counter.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide general support to clients, employees, and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
