We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests or clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures (for hotel/clinic settings)
- Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
- Manage bookings, appointments, or room reservations
- Handle payments and issue receipts/invoices
- Resolve guest issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
