Full job description
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator with experience in luxury watches. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating client meetings, handling invoices and agreements, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
Hours: Mon–Fri 12 PM–8 PM | Sat 12 PM–7 PM (flexibility preferred)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize luxury watch inventory
- Act as point of contact for clients and schedule meetings
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and agreements
- Assist with website updates and basic office administration
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Experience in luxury watches (retail, sales, or operations)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; basic website management is a plus
- Trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented
