Job Title : Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to required standards.
• Manage laborers, subcontractors, and site staff effectively.
• Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Oversee material delivery, usage, and proper storage at the site.
• Resolve site issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2 years as a Site Supervisor in construction or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools (preferred).
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred).
