What you’ll be doing

The Corporate Strategy Associate sits within the Strategy function, assisting in driving the Group’s long-term vision and strategic planning. Reporting to the Corporate Strategy Senior Manager, this role requires analytical skills, a foundational understanding of the luxury industry, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. The associate will support the Corporate Strategy team in contributing to overall Group value creation by working on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping the Group’s long-term vision and strategy by providing research and analytical support
• Contribute to the development of the strategic 3-year plan, identifying key data and research needs
• Gather and analyze data for annual budgeting and corporate performance assessment
• Learn to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, including financial modeling, and contribute to feasibility studies, market analysis, benchmarking
• Collaborate closely with the Strategic Insights team to gather market data and stay updated on trends in the luxury segment
• Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership
• Contribute to team growth and development by participating in training and development programs

What you’ll need to succeed

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
• Good analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data and understanding financials
• Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques
• High attention to accuracy and detail
• Basic understanding of the luxury, beauty, and fashion retail industries
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating with various stakeholders
• Strategic thinker and strong adaptation and fast learning curve
• Proactive hands-on mentality, curiosity, and a collaborative team player
