Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant will manage end-to-end office operations including front office management, administrative tasks, accounting, and store/inventory support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Administration:
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle calls and emails.
- Maintain office records and coordinate daily activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support as required, including visa processing, Freezone documentation, and Gate/Port Pass management.
Accounts & Finance:
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and support the Accounts & Finance team as needed.
Store & Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and monitor delivery/collection timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in front office management, admin support, accounting, and store operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Preferably a female candidate .
