Full job description

Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant will manage end-to-end office operations including front office management, administrative tasks, accounting, and store/inventory support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Administration:

  • Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle calls and emails.
  • Maintain office records and coordinate daily activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including visa processing, Freezone documentation, and Gate/Port Pass management.

Accounts & Finance:

  • Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and support the Accounts & Finance team as needed.

Store & Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and monitor delivery/collection timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in front office management, admin support, accounting, and store operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Preferably a female candidate .
