Assistant Cook (Korean / Chinese/ Japanese Cuisine)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Cook with experience in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking Korean, Japanese, and Chinese dishes
• Prepare ingredients, side dishes and sauces according to recipes
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory control and stock preparationRequirements:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Chef or Cook in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine
• Knowledge of Asian ingredients, cooking techniques, and food preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
