Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of joiners, carpenters, and related workers.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and materials before execution.
• Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress of joinery works.
• Inspect workmanship to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage workshop production schedules and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in all joinery activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff and new workers.
• Manage tools, machinery, and materials efficiently.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in related field.
• Minimum of at least 2–4 years in a foreman role in joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery methods, tools, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
