Job Summary

Smart Motor Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Automotive Denting Section Supervisor to lead and manage the denting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, monitoring repair quality, updating the workshop management system, and ensuring all denting jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the denting section.
• Assign repair jobs to denting technicians based on workload and skill level.
• Monitor the progress of all vehicles and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Update and maintain accurate vehicle repair status in the workshop management system.
• Inspect completed denting work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Parts Department, Painting Section, and Workshop Manager to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all repair procedures are carried out safely and according to manufacturer standards.
• Monitor technician productivity and provide guidance and training when required.
• Identify and report any delays, parts shortages, or technical issues affecting repair timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on job status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and workshop procedures.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Denting Supervisor or Senior Automotive Denter.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair, dent removal, chassis alignment, panel replacement, welding, and structural repairs.
• Experience managing a team of denting technicians.
• Ability to monitor and update vehicle progress using workshop management software.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and workshop management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
