What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Luxury Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
  • Act as a role model on the showroom floor, demonstrating impeccable clienteling and closing skills.
  • Drive client development strategies, building lasting relationships and expanding the boutique’s client book.
  • Ensure the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and boutique excellence at all times.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to continuously elevate performance and service.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on visual merchandising, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and UAE labour standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high-value sales, ideally as a Boutique Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and elevated presence, aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Service-first mindset with the ability to manage VIP clientele and high-pressure situations with poise.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and UAE public holidays.
