Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

An established Electromechanical Contracting Company in Dubai is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical installation works at residential and commercial project sites.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
• Organize and distribute daily work activities among electricians and helpers.
• Supervise the installation of conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, lighting systems, power outlets, and distribution boards.
• Ensure all electrical works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other MEP teams.
• Inspect completed works before submitting inspection requests.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and daily site progress.
• Identify technical issues and report them to the Electrical Engineer.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and according to UAE safety regulations.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and complete assigned works according to the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works, including experience as an Electrical Foreman.
• Previous experience in MEP contracting or construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing, termination, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in supervising electricians, helpers, and site activities.
• Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Previous UAE experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates who are currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
