Job Summary

FoodHive Restaurant LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of food products, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, team supervision, warehouse safety, and maintaining compliance with food safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products using FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and restaurant operations to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse, equipment, and storage areas.
• Prepare inventory, warehouse, and performance reports for management.
• Manage warehouse expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the food, restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and food handling regulations is an advantage.
