Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Event Planner, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience in corporate, social, or large-scale events.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Negotiation and budgeting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of event management software/tools is a plus.
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Ability to manage vendors, clients, and teams effectively.
- Strong presentation and client-relations skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in events, hospitality, and entertainment.
