The Role:

  • Report to the Head Cashier, supporting them in delivering exceptional service.
  • Accurately process customer orders and payments through the POS system
  • Attention to detail when processing all transactions
  • Comply with all cash handling policies
  • Assist in closing procedures for all billing and payments
  • Handle all customer queries promptly and politely
  • Provide a warm, professional, and engaging experience to all guests.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and energetic presence, ensuring guests feel excited about their experience.
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail, identifying small ways to enhance the guest experience.
  • Be proactive in learning and developing skills to progress within the team.
