Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Wipe and polish windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and furniture.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas (doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning or special projects as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices.
• Experience in Office Facility.

Working Conditions:

• May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals (PPE provided).
