Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell luxury properties to affluent clients and investors
  • Conduct private viewings and provide personalized consultations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and partners
  • Stay informed on premium market trends, pricing strategies, and legal frameworks
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • Strong network within the luxury market segment
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle required
