Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell luxury properties to affluent clients and investors
- Conduct private viewings and provide personalized consultations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and partners
- Stay informed on premium market trends, pricing strategies, and legal frameworks
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
- Strong network within the luxury market segment
- UAE driving license and own vehicle required
- Professional appearance and client-focused demeanor
