• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve beverages and meals to guests at the bar and in seating areas.
• Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their visit.
• Make knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, cocktails, and menu items.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Monitor guest behavior and report any concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Clear and reset tables/bar counters between guests.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell items when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
