We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure every unit meets Aurora’s quality standards before check-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaners across 20+ apartments (expanding portfolio).
  • Schedule and assign daily cleaning tasks, ensuring timely completion before guest check-in.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of all units, verifying cleanliness, linen setup, and amenity placement.
  • Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to uphold 5-star hospitality standards.
  • Handle photo documentation and reporting of completed cleans and any damages.
  • Coordinate with the Guest Relations Officers and Maintenance team on property readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai DET (Department of Economy & Tourism) holiday home regulations regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hospitality, hotels, or holiday homes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple properties daily.
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken) required; additional languages a plus.
  • UAE driving license
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and on a rotating schedule based on check-in/checkout demands.
