We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our marketing agency in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Must have a car and valid UAE driving license
- Presentable, professional, and well-organized
- Flexible with working hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the CEO’s daily tasks and schedules
- Accompany and assist in client visits and meetings
- Prepare and record meeting minutes
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist in government registrations and submissions
- Provide general administrative and executive support
- Location: Abu Dhabi
