We are looking for an Admin Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) for Clinic to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle communications, manage appointments, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Immediate joiners only.
Work Location: Al Wasl Rd
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient WhatsApp queries promptly
- Organize and manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all files are well-organized
- Support doctors and clinic staff with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assist in front-desk activities and patient follow-ups as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in clinic or healthcare administration preferred
- Efficient, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with clinic management systems is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
