As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the outlet. You’ll blend Italian soul with five-star service to create memorable dining experiences, lead a motivated team with heart and discipline, and ensure everything — from the antipasti to the espresso — is served to perfection.

Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team of service professionals.
- Train the team on authentic service standards, Italian dining etiquette, and upselling techniques.
- Build a positive team culture rooted in mutual respect, pride, and professionalism.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure that service flows smoothly during busy hours, while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing are consistent and true to Italian tradition.
Financial & Business Performance
- Drive revenue through strategic upselling, thoughtful menu planning, and creative promotions.
- Monitor budgets, P&L, labor costs, and inventory to keep the business healthy and growing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with IHG and regulatory standards.
Quality, Cleanliness & Compliance
- Ensure the outlet maintains top hygiene standards and complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Guarantee consistency in every touchpoint, from service to table setting to ambiance.
Marketing & Visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring the restaurant to life through themed events, seasonal menus, and social media-worthy experiences.
- Represent the restaurant in guest-facing and promotional activities, both on and off the property.
What we need from you:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a full-service restaurant, preferably Italian or Mediterranean.
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, wine, and service culture.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment is highly preferred.
- Natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financially savvy, with a keen eye on cost control and profitability.
- Fluent in English; Italian or Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management is a bonus.
