The Role
The Temporary Data Entry Assistant is a temporary role for 2 months and could be renewable Operations is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Operations team by ensuring accurate and timely entry of operational data into ERP systems (SAGE, MBC) and spreadsheets. The role assists in preparing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day tasks as directed by the Operations Supervisor. • Prepare and issue invoices in ERP systems (SAGE and Microsoft Business Central). • Accurately enter data into Excel and company systems. • Maintain records and ensure data consistency across platforms. • Assist in generating operational reports when required. • Follow instructions from the Operations Supervisor to support daily operational activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field At least 1 years’ experience as data entry using ERP software Industry: Trading companies, administration, FMCG, etc Fluent in spoken English MS Office, Different ERP Portals is a must experience
