Job Description:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs clearance documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers for shipment bookings, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE Customs requirements, and internal company policies.
• Monitor inventory movements and coordinate with warehouse teams for the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP/WMS systems with shipment and inventory information.
• Process imports and export documentation, including Bills of Entry, Exit Certificates, Delivery Advice, and other regulatory documents.
• Optimize shipping schedules, transportation routes, and logistics costs to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the finance team on logistics-related invoices, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of freight charges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, preferably within the UAE.
• Hands-on experience working in JAFZA or other UAE Free Zones is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Customs procedures, import/export documentation, and international shipping regulations.
• Experience coordinating sea, air, and land freight operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
