Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Handle property listings on major real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure listings are accurate, updated, and compliant.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain property-related documents, contracts, agreements, and client records.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative support for new employees.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and sales teams.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure confidential documents are properly managed.
  • Coordinate with developers, clients, and external service providers when required.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement as needed.
  • Support management with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate administrative procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in the UAE real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Experience working with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Knowledge of Trakheesi, DLD, and RERA regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems used in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of property documentation and transaction processes.
  • Strong coordination and document management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic sales team.
