Diatech is looking for a motivated and results-driven Van Sales Executive – Medical Consumables to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical consumables to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical centers, and other healthcare facilities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s range of medical consumables to healthcare facilities and retail customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels in the sales van and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on deliveries and payments.
• Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer visits, collections, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional image while representing the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in van sales, preferably in medical consumables or healthcare products.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and medical consumables.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing customer network within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Experience in selling medical consumables to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical centers.
• Familiarity with UAE routes and customer territories.
