Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations, supervise a team of Sales Executives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on FMCG sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of distributor and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Sales Executives to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor field sales activities and ensure effective territory coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
  • Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional execution across retail outlets.
  • Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer satisfaction, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution, retail operations, and merchandising.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
