Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Officer to join our banking sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting credit card products, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads for credit card sales through various channels
• Meet potential customers and explain credit card features and benefits
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE (banking/financial sector preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
