Al Madar Oil Field Supplies & Services is looking for a Proposal Officer in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Offer/Quotation Process

• Register and log all inquiries received in the database.
• Review and evaluate received RFQ/Tender Documents & acknowledge the same in 24 hours.

Contracts

• Review orders and ensure that the received orders are in line with our offer & interface the same into the data base.

Sales Order Activities

• Order execution and Coordinate with all relevant departments including but not limited to Expediting, Local & Foreign Procurement to ensure that all contracts are executed in a proper and timely manner by meeting the promised dates.

Documentation & Filing

• Ensure that all relevant files are kept in both soft and hard copies as per the format provided for all inquiries and tenders as per the company procedure.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum sales experience of 0-3 years in Oil and Gas piping industry field.
• Good communication in English.
• Should be willing to work as per office timings (8am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday)
• Should have a Family book.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
