We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of CCTV and other ELV/Security Systems. The successful candidate should preferably be an Engineering graduate with strong leadership skills and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, and other ELV/security systems.
• Lead and coordinate technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project progress and technical requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports, material requests, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the installation team.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and company standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at project sites.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related Engineering discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the CCTV, ELV, or Security Systems industry.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, access control, structured cabling, and related ELV systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with leading CCTV and security system brands.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
