Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, hotels, and government entities.
  • Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and recommend suitable production and rental solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining company profitability.
  • Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after each event.
