Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, hotels, and government entities.
- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and recommend suitable production and rental solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after each event.
