ROLE PURPOSE

As a Car Washer, you will be responsible for cleaning, washing, drying, and maintaining the appearance of ROX UAE vehicles to ensure they are presented in a clean, polished, and premium condition at all times. You will play a key role in supporting showroom, service, delivery, and operational activities by ensuring company vehicles, display vehicles, test-drive vehicles, and customer vehicles are cleaned carefully and professionally within a dynamic automotive environment in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash vehicles properly.
• Dry vehicles after washing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Clean vehicle interiors when required.
• Use cleaning materials safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized washing area.
• Handle all vehicles with care and responsibility.
• Follow daily vehicle washing schedules and instructions.
• Report vehicle scratches, dents, or damages immediately.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times.
• Support showroom, service, logistics, and delivery teams when required.
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, door handles, and visible surfaces.
• Use water, cleaning chemicals, cloths, brushes, vacuums, and tools responsibly.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for display, test drives, delivery, or customer handover.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer and company vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle interiors are kept clean, fresh, and presentable according to company standards.
• Assist in moving vehicles only when authorized and in accordance with company instructions.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure the washing area remains clean, safe, and free from obstacles.
• Support vehicle preparation before customer visits, VIP visits, events, inspections, or showroom activities.
• Follow company policies, safety instructions, hygiene standards, and workplace conduct requirements.
• Check vehicles after cleaning to ensure they meet the required cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, drivers, logistics, service, sales, and showroom teams regarding vehicle cleaning priorities.
• Report shortages of cleaning materials, equipment issues, maintenance needs, or operational concerns to the direct supervisor.
• Continuously support the company’s premium image by maintaining cleanliness, attention to detail, careful vehicle handling, and high presentation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of vehicle washing, drying, interior cleaning, polishing basics, and cleaning material usage is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Car Washer, Vehicle Detailer, Cleaner, Valet Assistant, Service Assistant, or related role is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in car washing, vehicle cleaning, detailing, housekeeping, automotive support, or a related role, preferably within automotive, showroom, service center, luxury retail, or hospitality environments.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required by business operations.
• Duties may be performed across showroom, service center, washing area, parking area, and vehicle delivery areas.
• Direct interaction with drivers, sales teams, service teams, logistics teams, customers, employees, suppliers, and management.
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, washing, drying, cleaning, arranging, and supporting vehicle preparation activities throughout working hours.
• May require extended working hours, shift flexibility, urgent vehicle cleaning, event support, VIP visit preparation, customer handover support, or operational vehicle preparation.
