The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join our dynamic educational team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and nurturing students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in various math topics to students of different grade levels.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Provide additional support and tutoring to students who require extra assistance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience and maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain discipline and create a classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and motivation.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and relevant educational technologies for math instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Proven experience as a math teacher in a classroom setting, preferably in international or UAE-based schools.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and pedagogy for the targeted student age group.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic potential.
• Familiarity with modern teaching aids, technology, and e-learning platforms.
• Culturally sensitive with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
