  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain employee records, company files, and documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and expense records.
  • Process payroll and maintain financial accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Provide administrative and financial support to management.
  • Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate internal and offsite meetings, including setting up conference rooms, ordering catering as appropriate and welcoming guests
  • Assist handling in accounting activities: o Perform Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable functions. Data entry to update debtors / creditors ledgers. Inventory management, co-ordination with production and delivery. Prepare and send out import, export, commercial documents for shipping and delivery o Filing documents and coordinating with outsourced accounting company.
  • Perform purchasing tasks
