Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You will bridge the gap between traditional luxury retail marketing and high-performance digital campaigns, ensuring that our unique Oud and fabric offerings resonate with both local and international client bases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies spanning digital, retail, print, and experiential marketing to drive retail showroom traffic and telesales leads.
  • Brand Positioning: Maintain and elevate the brand identity of Abdelaziz Art Center, ensuring consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) with a heavy focus on ROI and lead generation for the sales team.
  • Content & Social Media Strategy: Direct the creation of high-end visual and written content (photography, videography, and copy) that highlights the luxury and craftsmanship of our fabrics and Oud.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Analyze consumer trends, competitor landscapes, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing spend and forecast future strategies.
  • Campaign & Event Management: Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, National Day), and exclusive VIP customer events.
  • Budget Management: Allocate, monitor, and optimize the annual marketing budget to maximize business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role within luxury retail, fashion, textiles, or premium fragrance/beauty sectors.
  • Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred to effectively craft messages and connect with our core local demographic.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and CRM/e-commerce platforms.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional creative vision, analytical mindset, and excellent project management skills.

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE).
