Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Research potential clients across various industries.
2. Client Acquisition
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Understand client business requirements and IT needs.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Promote the company’s IT products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
4. Requirement Gathering
- Understand client requirements for software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, digital marketing, ERP, CRM, AI solutions, and IT support services.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
5. Proposal & Quotation Preparation
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Follow up with clients until deal closure.
- Ensure proposals meet client expectations and company standards.
6. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain regular communication to understand changing business needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Market Research
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
8. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the technical, project management, and delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Coordinate with finance for quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
9. Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Report business development activities and revenue forecasts to management.
- Track KPIs and sales performance metrics.
10. Client Meetings
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Present company capabilities, portfolios, and case studies.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking programs when required.
11. Follow-ups
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending opportunities.
- Maintain continuous communication with prospects until the deal is closed.
- Re-engage inactive or dormant clients.
12. Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
- Generate repeat business from existing clients.
- Contribute to achieving overall company revenue goals.
13. Customer Support Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales process.
- Coordinate with the support team to resolve client concerns promptly.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience is required
- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Should have strong convincing power
- Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
