Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a holistic view over the VoC (Voice of Customer ) framework and all the activities required to be executed with a predefined frequency
  • Ensure all activities that are required to launch surveys, collect data, and publish results are done per the predefined timeline
  • Maintain a VOC tracker for the data exchange and deliverables timelines
  • Identify areas of improvement to further streamline the data processing
  • Ensure data being exchanged is aligned with stakeholders and as needed by users
  • Single point of contact for VoC execution matters
  • Escalate delays in data readiness and availability
  • Support in managing the stakeholders deliverables and service providers
  • Bachelor graduate
  • UAE National with up to 3 years of experience
  • Experience in conducting surveys or research is a plus
