About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Real Estate Agent to join our growing property team. You will be responsible for marketing available properties, engaging with prospective tenants, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote available residential and/or commercial properties
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (required)
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements on behalf of landlords
• Screen tenants and verify documentation as required
• Prepare lease contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams
• Maintain an up-to-date database of listings and client interactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE rental market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license MANDATORY
• Proficiency in English and Arabic – Mandatory
