Position: Appliance Technician
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Home Appliance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of household electrical appliances. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, fan, cooler etc.
• Repair electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to avoid future breakdowns.
• Replace faulty components using the correct tools and equipment.
• Test appliances after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards أثناء العمل.
• Prepare clear and accurate repair and maintenance reports.
• Communicate with customers professionally, explaining issues and recommended solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in using maintenance and repair tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in home appliance servicing is an advantage.
