Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage project execution on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, procuring raw materials, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring additional staff if required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction phases are progressing as planned.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of raw materials.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.
• Recruit and manage site staff if additional manpower is needed.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to manage resources and timelines effectively.
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred, but not mandatory).

Compensation:

• Salary: 3,000 AED per month.
• If you have your own car, the salary will be 4,000 AED per month.
