Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer and route calls, manage emails, and maintain office correspondence
- Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain office calendar
- Assist with tenant inquiries, provide information and facilitate communication between tenants and management.
- Handle maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors and follow up on repairs.
- Manage document filing, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
- Update property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
- Assist the sales and leasing team with administrative support
- Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, NOCs, and other real estate documents
- Maintain client database and CRM systems
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or admin (real estate industry preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Currently in UAE and available to join immediately (preferred)
