Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer and route calls, manage emails, and maintain office correspondence
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain office calendar
  • Assist with tenant inquiries, provide information and facilitate communication between tenants and management.
  • Handle maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors and follow up on repairs.
  • Manage document filing, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
  • Update property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
  • Assist the sales and leasing team with administrative support
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, NOCs, and other real estate documents
  • Maintain client database and CRM systems
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or admin (real estate industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-groomed and presentable
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Currently in UAE and available to join immediately (preferred)
