NITS Decor LLC is a leading interior fit-out and joinery company specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and retail projects across the UAE. We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers and woodworking machinery efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production files.
• Set up machines, load materials, and monitor machining operations.
• Perform machine calibration and routine maintenance.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Optimize material usage to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC woodworking machines in a joinery or furniture manufacturing company.
• Experience with CNC software and machine programming is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
