Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage all project documents including drawings, technical documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence in an organized filing system.

2. Ensure proper document control procedures, including document numbering, version control, and revision tracking.

3. Receive, record, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing project documents such as shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical approvals.

4. Maintain document registers and logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and other project documentation.

5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submission, approval status, and document updates.

6. Prepare and issue document transmittals to consultants, clients, and subcontractors as required.

7. Maintain proper electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

8. Archive project documents and maintain records for future reference and compliance with company procedures.

9. Support the project and administrative team in maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Ensure confidentiality and security of all project-related documents and company records.
