Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to maintain and enhance the appearance of landscaped areas, gardens, lawns, trees, and plants. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and safe use of gardening equipment to ensure outdoor areas remain healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Experience maintaining commercial, residential, or hospitality properties.
• Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, and leaf blowers.
• Knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, fertilizers, and pest control.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Water, prune, trim, and maintain plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, and flower beds.
• Plant seasonal flowers, trees, and other landscaping elements.
• Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Operate, inspect, and perform minor maintenance on irrigation systems.
• Mow lawns, remove weeds, clean outdoor areas, and maintain landscape cleanliness.
• Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety regulations.
• Report irrigation faults, damaged equipment, and landscaping issues.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures while performing all duties.
• Support the Facilities team in maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing outdoor environments.
