Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and active Social Media & Call Center to manage customer communication and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily incoming calls and WhatsApp orders
- Take customer orders and coordinate with operations team
- Follow up on payments
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Post daily fish display, price lists, and promotions on social media
- Create simple marketing content (photos, captions, offers)
- Maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in call center, customer service, or social media handling
- Good communication skills (Arabic required)
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and responsible
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 2500 to 3500 AED
