Job Summary:

Midas Building Contracting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have practical, hands-on experience working in the UAE construction sector and be capable of managing workers, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld—diploma in civil engineering required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to laborers and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and used efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain daily site records, including attendance, material usage, and work progress.
• Address and resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required.
• Ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction site supervision within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and site layouts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
