Job Description – Timekeeper / Time & Attendance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities

  • Upload employee timesheets into the ERP/PACT system accurately and on time.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure timely submission of timesheets.
  • Distribute printed timesheet forms to workers as required.
  • Monitor employee punch-in and punch-out records and resolve attendance discrepancies.
  • Assign daily shifts for workers and staff in the PACT system.
  • Receive and verify timesheets from all departments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update attendance records in PACT by site and date.
  • Prepare salary input files based on attendance records.
  • Apply salary deductions for absences and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
  • Verify sick leave eligibility (full pay, half pay, or unpaid) in line with company policy.
  • Receive and process medical/sick leave documents after obtaining the required approvals.
  • Update approved sick leave records in the PACT system.
  • Submit daily attendance reports to the HR department.
  • Prepare weekly manpower reports showing employee allocation across factory and project sites.
  • Generate daily absentee reports for all employees.
  • Monitor employees absent for three consecutive days and report to HR for further action.
  • Calculate and maintain absence deductions for payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
