Full job description

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads and business opportunities for the company’s interior fit-out, renovation, and design services. The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their project requirements, arranging meetings for the Business Development team, and maintaining strong client relationships to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calling, follow-up calls, and online inquiries.
  • Promote the company’s interior fit-out, renovation, office fit-out, retail fit-out, villa renovation, and turnkey project services.
  • Identify customer requirements and qualify potential projects.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the Business Development Manager or Sales Team.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and project discussions to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain an updated database of consultants, contractors, developers, property owners, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads through telephone calls, social media inquiries, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily calling targets, lead generation targets, and monthly appointment targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after project completion.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Assist the marketing team by following up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Experience in the UAE fit-out, construction, or interior design industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary Structure (UAE Market)

  • Basic Salary: AED 2,500–4,500 (depending on experience)
  • Commission on confirmed projects
  • Monthly performance incentives based on lead generation and sales targets
