Full job description

Job Purpose:

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone calls, greeting guests, managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers,
  • Maintaining visitor records, scheduling meeting rooms, and
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

The Receptionist is expected to maintain a professional appearance, provide excellent customer service, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

Candidate should be University Graduate with 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role

Work Location: In person
